Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your service or equipment order, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to a 4% cancellation fee, which covers the processing costs associated with issuing a refund. If you prefer, you may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. Just let us know your new preferred date and time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule. Refunds (minus the 4% fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after your cancellation is confirmed.
