Due for maintenance? Book a visit to change filters, inspect your equipment, and make sure your system is performing at its best. If you’ve noticed any changes in water taste, odor, pressure, or staining, we’ll check that too and recommend the next best step.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your service or equipment order, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to a 4% cancellation fee, which covers the processing costs associated with issuing a refund. If you prefer, you may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. Just let us know your new preferred date and time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule. Refunds (minus the 4% fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after your cancellation is confirmed.
