Service Description

Basic test for one (1) drinking water sample to cover the minimum well testing parameters recommended by most states as a baseline for annual checking of a well. These are the same parameters that county and local agencies recommend for annual sampling, as well as federal agencies like the VA, FHA, or the USDA. Note: If the county or loan officer requires additional sample handling or specific local lab certifications, we strongly suggest you email the Healthy Home Solutions team (info@HealthyWellWater.com) to ensure we meet your needs. This fee covers transaction costs and restocking expenses associated with lab test kits and materials. - Refund requests must be made before any sample has been collected. - Once a sample has been collected or shipped to customers home for self collection, refunds are no longer available. Turnaround Times & Delays: - Lab test turnaround times are calculated from the date your sample is collected and sent to the lab, not the date of purchase. - While most test results are reported within the quoted timeframe, this is not a guaranteed completion window. Factors such as holidays, lab closures, or unforeseen circumstances may delay reporting. - We appreciate your understanding and patience with any delays that may arise. Sample Collection Schedule: - Please note: Lab test collection is not available from Thursday afternoon through Sunday.
